Theft of belongings in Kulula Airline

I type this email with disappointment in the airline Kulula.

I had a perfume to the value of R1500 in my baggage which was sent into the airplane with Checked baggage.

To my dismay when I landed and inspected my baggage my zipper was forcefully opened amd my perfume was ******. How is it that all my other belongings was intact but my perfume missing? This is a matter of theft within the airlines!

I would like to be reimbursed for my loss as this was a very expensive loss which was uncalled for by the airline.

Proper security measure need to be in place!
