THEFT

Me and my family boarded last night's flight at 8pm 21 October 2019 from lanseria Airport to CT International.

To our surprise when started unpacking we realized my IPad and IPhone was ****** out of our luggage.

And kulula pretty just much shrugs their shoulders that it's not really their problem.

Absolute no Accountability for loss of high value goods from their clients.

We weren't even advised to remove high value items. Had we been warned, we absolutely would have removed it.

This is my first time with kulula and certainly my last.
