Theft by the staff/*****ing from luggage

I booked with kulula for my trip, checked in, the bags, as ussual. Took fight. My suprise was when i open my bags to find my stuff/ belongings missings. I notified the kulula staff whom seemed relaxed about my issue. Which to date there was never a feedback. They treat theft of passengers luggage as a norm! So disappointed with how they handled the situation.
