Theft and incompetence

DO NOT FLY KULULA AIRLINES!! The incompetence of the airline staff is appalling. First I was made to pay for luggage they claimed was "overweight" however when I asked for their calibration certificate, no one could produce it. This is how they make people pay for luggage that is not even overweight as they say because their scales are not even calibrated. When I arrived in Durban, some of our luggage was missing. Could not be traced, and they offer a R1000 voucher to 'reimburse' your luggage??? R1000 doesn't even cover the cost of the underwear in that bag. Worst part is that we were leaving for Mauritius for two weeks with no luggage! What a bunch of fools. I'll be opening a case of theft for my lost luggage.
