THEFT
I was on Kulula flight from King Shaka to Lanseria Airport on Sunday 29/11/15. We landed at 8:50am. I realised when I was collecting my luggage that I had left my sunglasses(Hugo Boss) in the pocket (Seat 9A). I immediately when to information and Willie called Kulula staff to ask them to check but their response was they are busy with boarding process. Willie called them again after 5 minutes and they had not checked. 15 minutes later Kulula staff calls back to say the glasses are not there!!! So it's either the cleaners or Kulula staff that have ****** my glasses. What upsets me is that I had to wait so long for someone to check. I'm really disgusted with the dishonesty of your staff.

Whilst every effort is made to overcome this type of problem, but despite the many precautions taken any system that involves both human and mechanical interaction can be prone to failure.
However in terms of Comair General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage, we do not accept liability for the loss of, or damage to fragile perishable articles, dents, scratches and damage to protruding items from passengers luggage such as handles, wheels, zips, locks and straps, and valuables. which are included in the passengers checked or unchecked baggage whether with or without the knowledge of Comair Ltd, as well as any personal items which are left on board any for our aircrafts.
We do understand your frustration when you were assured by our ground staff that your bag would be safe. I have reported the incident to the airport
manager .
