The Very Worst

The very worst. I bought a ticket to Johannesburg. Got to the airport and was told that the payment did not go through even though I received confirmation from them. I spent time arguing with the manager till they closed checkin and then they had the audicity to try convince me to purchase another ticket at the new selling price.
