The Most Unreliable Airline in SA

Beyond useless. I tried to book 2 flights to CPT last week (1x non Discovery and 1x Discovery discount). I managed to pay and get my ticket for the non Discovery passenger. The Discovery site froze and my payment went through but no booking confirmation was received.

I came back to the site the next day to try and buy the other ticket and now the ticket prices are up (to the point where my "Discovery discounted ticket" is more expensive than the "standard" one).

I have spent over an hour on the phone on hold only to reach one support agent who was no help whatsoever. I'm pretty sure he also put the phone down on me because he is too *********** to know how to deal with this situation.

I'm very grateful that I got to listen to their self-jerking pre-recorded telephone prompts. Nothing like some soothing repetitive nonsense to put me at ease while I waste my airtime waiting to be helped.
