The most unaccommodating airline of all

We had to book our honeymoon and we only used Kulula because you can get discount through discovery. Unfortunately my husband had to get a emergency surgery and we had to cancel our trip because of this medical emergency.

The were so unaccommodating that we got a voucher but we need to pay the change in fair, which was more that our whole ticket.

That was after I spend around 4 hours in total just to get to a point that it is too expensive to even use our voucher

I am never flying with kulula even if Discovery give me 90% off.
