The Kulula web site a struggle

I have traveled on Kulula a lot and have always had a great experience. Sadly no more. It looks like their web site has issues and it is impossible to get assistance. It looks like posting here will be waste of time as the company does not respond, but I feel better for venting. I will just use Safair for all flights in the future.
