The Kulula agents service is disgusting and shamefull

I book on the 26/09/2019 by mistake two seat for one person same identity number but the system did not pick it up. I called to cancel one seat and requested a refund on the 16/10/2019. I was told it will take 6 to 8 weeks for a refund to be processed. Today is the 20/12/2019 and no refund has been processed. The agent Cleopatra Stevens had promised that the refund will be process as above and she has been making excuses but no action .
