the bagless traveller
I had a flight with Kalula the 21st of March and as I went to collect my bag it was ripped to shreds, zip ripped open, leather torn from the sides even the straps **********. marks everywhere that it looks like they drove over my bag. seeing as nothing is lost/****** and I didn't bother to have anything insured they told me that the zip for my bag can only be replaced? I fly quite frequently up and down from durban to job and this is the first and most disappointing experience ever.
