<p>My husband and I frequently book packages with Kulula, and never had problems until our most recent booking. I took the matter up with them after returning from our trip, and am very impressed and satisfied with the way in which they have resolved the matter. It's not the mistakes companies make that could cost them clients, it's how they handle those mistakes, and Kulula really handled this like rockstars.
