When I had to change a booking at the last minute due to my wife falling ill, Kulula was very accommodating. Two hours before departure I phoned them and spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Zoleka. At this stage I had already checked in. The lady changed my booking at no cost, on condition that I send Kulula proof of my wife’s illness..(she is on Chemo, so it was serious). Thank you Kulula, thank you Zoleka.
