Thank you for making it easier for parents!
My husband and I recently travelled from Jhb to Kzn with our very busy 1 year old and I just want to thank the Kulula ground staff and on-flight staff from Saturday (17/10) flight MN615. They really went out of their way to make sure we could get on the plane easily and avoid queues, and even tried to accommodate us with more space on the plane (without us asking) - which we really appreciated!! Thank you guys. <br> <br> I will say the King Shaka staff were not as accommodating and it would be great if all staff nationwide were on the same page. But thank you SO MUCH Jhb staff - you guys were phenomenal :)
