I know we can’t get through to the landline and you have to hold for ever, but I also know that the staff must be tired, abused and working long hours to get things done. Covid caused a huge backlog and it’s unfortunate the people who bare the grunt of it all are the customer relations team. So I say thank you to Tebogo Marakalala from customer relations, you’re amazing and your late nights and speedy response doesn’t go by unnoticed.
