Bev Westman is an asset!

I have been trying for months, well more than 1.5 years to get either a hotel voucher or refund for a hotel booking that was made but because of lockdown (JUNE 2020) I, well no one was able to travel or enjoy flights or hotels via Kulula but i already paid for it in full and i wasn't prepared to just cut my losses. It wasn't just for a 1 night stay.

Due to the Comrades Marathon being cancelled and the hotels also being closed i never used my paid for accommodation but i was more than happy to use it at a later stage but i had absolutely no luck getting anywhere with Comair/Kulula. I sent several emails and no one replies, but today was my lucky day.

Bev responded so quickly, assisted me effortlessly without any runaround and now my faith in this company has been restored.
