Terrible service from kulula flight attendant

Terrible service from flight attendant Thabo. As a small built female customer... I asked for help to lift up my bag onto over head compartment... When the flight attendant thabo told me i should be able to pick up the bag i bring aboard and he will not be assisting me... Impolite and arrogant....
