Terrible service from kulula

<p>My girlfriend booked her flight to come back to johannesburg from durban with kulula. The weather today has been terrible in durban so we understand that if flights are delayed due to weather it can't be helped and it's not the fault of the airline. She was initially supposed to fly at 18:40 on flight MN536 but they told her the flight would only be delayed by 25mins due to weather but the plane only arrived at the airport at 18:46 and the staff informed the passengers the flight would leave soon . The staff worked slow and werent friendly or apologetic for the delay that wasnt weather related. It is now 19:33 and her flight has only taken off now. A 25min delay became almost a 1hour delay. Poor service from kulula. </p>
