Terrible service and flights are ALWAYS delayed..

How is it possible that Kulula can just keep delaying flights. I received a sms this morning at 4.30am that the flight will be delayed until 17.35 and the keep delaying it. It has now nee. Delayed until 18.30 and it was supposed to be 14.30. There is no explanations!!!! We also made arrangements and now how to keep changing it. Your service is shocking and I will NEVER fly with you agsin since this is nit the first time it is happening.
