Terrible in every sense of the word

Kulula has the worst policy. I changed the flight date because their website is confusing to a first time user. I was making the change 5min after I booked and they charged me a penalty fee higher than the cost of the flight for making the change. THen I was told that it appears on the website even though the price I saw was not the one they charged in the end. Absolutely appalled.
