Terrible Customer Service Lanseria Airport

Worst Customer Experience Ever from staff especially at Lanseria Airport.Nonhlanhla is very rude and shows no empathy or customer service for Kulula customers.Im honestly appauled by her behaviour on the 28th December 2021.As a result i will ensure my family and friends avoid using Kulula going forward as they have no concern for their passengers.The treatment received at Kulula Lanseria you can never get with Flysfair .
