Terrible customer service

Booked a ticket which they cancelled and i had to rebook it and they charged me extra money to rebook the ticket which they cancelled from their side. The call centre stuff is very rude, you hold for 15+ minutes and they just hang up, they tell you that you are holding up the line when you have a complain and they say different things all the time. They have poor customer service and very rude. You are not given enough information as well.
