Terrible Customer Service

Received terrible service from Zimkhitha Maguba, I don’t understand way customer service consultants cannot do just, that what they are employed and getting paid for, or just sit in your home and don’t go to work if you are not interested in assisting customers. I called in requesting assistance to check in online and the above-mentioned lady hung up TWICE.
