Terrible baggage claim service

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the horrible service from this airline and it's baggage claim department. My bags were horribly damaged, no one had an inch of sympathy when I approached the help desk and I was just given a card with numbers and a name and told "you will be contacted in two weeks time", IT HAS BEEN A MONTH already and I have received no feedback via the many follow up emails I have sent.

If it was their luggage that was damaged and they needed help I am sure they would not appreciate the same horrible treatment!!!!!
