Terrible

I flew on a Kulula flight from JHB to CPT on the 18th f Feb.<br> There were numerous delays, this happens. I do have a few issues I want addressed please<br> o Why if I fly up on BA and down on Kulula, the online check-in NEVER works? Why even offer this service?<br> o I sat in the emergency exit, middle seat. The guy who sat next to me was obese. He could hardly slide into his chair. He took up 1/3 of my chair. How is this allowed? Firstly from a safety point that he was in an emergency exit row, secondly why should he be allowed to take up my space when I have paid for it?<br> o I asked the air hostess to move, she said no free seats, sorry. I got up and there were 2 free seats. Why not help out! <br> Please respond to all items above.<br> Not a happy customer.<br>
