system problem

I just need to say thanks to Kulula System to denied me the chance to be in Cape Town over the weekend for the Cape Town Marathon, locked on the site three time and every time it kicks me out while I am at the stage where have to pay. today it did that 4 times and I will always missed a flight and decided to call the help desk. and spoke to Bianca, only good thing she can tell me is that their cant do anything. wow that great news to hear. I am just thinking of the cost of my hotel car and entry must pay for cancellation due to simple words that WE CANT DO ANYTHING wow if that's how Kulula operates then I am puzzled. not happy at all.<br> trip to Cape town just been spoiled just like that.<br>
