System error when trying to book an international flight

<p>I booked and payed for an international flight on your website yesterday and even though the amount reflects on my bank account the amount was reversed immediately due to a system error. The flight is now R5000 more than it was when I tried to pay for it yesterday and when I called your call centre and spoke with a manager I was told that nothing could be done as it is based on availability. It is unacceptable that I have to pay R5000 more for a flight due to your error! You should have to pay the shortfall as the error is from your side. </p>
