Superb Customer Service
Mo went an extra mile in ensuring that I received a laptop bag that I had left behind in Durban. My car and house keys were in the bag. He even phoned the lost property office at the Lanseria airport and kept me abreast the whole time. He even phoned me to check if I had picked up the bag when that flight landed. He risked breaking the rules just to make sure that I was happy as a customer. What an awesome guy he is, he truly deserves a praise for going an extra mile. Mo you are a star. Kulula I would like to say Give That Man a Bells!
