Suicidally bad service

Kulula somehow manages to stretch its lead in being the most **** airline in the country and quite possibly the universe. This time round they truly went out of their way to make their customers hate their lives by informing them that their flight got delayed by 4 hours. When we got to the airport they informed us that they overbooked all their flights and about 30 passengers were placed on standby. The upshot of this horror show is that we arrived in JHB 7 hours after our initially scheduled time. I hate myself for booking with Kulula but not as much as I hate this godforsaken airline, which somehow still draws a customer base. Please do not support this company.
