Stranded by Kulula on Boxing Day

Stranded by Kulula for 7hours and counting....

Flight 702 from Durban to C.T 26th December 2019 Boarding time 12:40pm It’s 18:30pm and we are still stranded in Durban airport!

I can’t express my frustration and annoyance with this airlines service today! Kulula your word means nothing, your mission states you value being ‘totally honest’ but repeatedly your countless guarantees by staff and managers were unfulfilled and your aim to ‘lighten people’s spirits,’ has been squashed leaving us stripped of any sense of humor and our our happy holiday spirits broken.

No efforts were made to help us passengers get to our destination, other flights linked to the airline left to C.T but we were left stranded! Our latest guarantee is that we will leave at 19:30pm, but with ***ula’s track record I wouldn’t be surprised......
