****** luggage items by Kulula staff at Cape Town Internation Airport

My luggage and wife's luggage was ransacked, a router device was ****** and its power bank. Our food items in the bag was damaged, opened and mixed with our clothes making our clothes dirty. The zip was left open and both bags were vandalized (scratched). Luggage managers could do nothing except give us a reference number regarding the theft from their own staff. Many occasions we were told that this happens often but my question is what is being done about their dishonest and cruel luggage staff that think they have a right to go through our bags and help themselves to our hard earned belongings? They are cursed!
