****** luggage

Just arrived from Cape Town on MN130 and bags were broken into. The baggage claim enquiry desk lack empathy and extremely unhelpful. I guess because it’s not their stuff that’s ******. Shocking service!!! Will not travel on kulula again in a hurry....
