Stole my money now I'm stranded at the airport.

They Confirmed my flight, took my money. I didn't even receive a receipt or email but it was confirmed. I took snap shots now they are keeping me waiting they don't want to give me my ticket they claim they can't find my money but I paid on their site through my FNB.
