STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

On the 7/11/2017 at 23h00 I made a booking to fly from Durban to JHB. the money was deducted from my account however I didn't get a confirmation email. The next morning when querying this with them they said there was no booking so I booked again. Again the money was deducted from my account. I then received a confirmation email for the 1st booking. I have been battling since then to get a refund. Worst service EVER!!
