Still waiting for a refund from Kulula.com for 3 Months

<p>We have been waiting for a refund from Kulula for a flight on the 6th of April 2016. We were first promised that the flights would be banked and then told we would be refunded. Sinalo Madlavu should not be working with the public as she never bothers to come back to you no matter how many e-mails or phone calls you make asking her to phone back. Luckily we are now dealing with Nicole Jonas who is at least communicating with us. We have already booked new flights and flown to Cape Town and back, but not received our refund yet. This is very unfair and very poor service. I was wondering if anyone else is suffering the same poor service from Kulula??</p>
