Still awaiting feedback on Refund or change of airline, very disappointed

We bought tickets on special on tuesdat throug travelstart for kulua, and wednesday morning got news airline susspended, flight is for 02 july and we still awaiting refund which as per news fir those specuaks eoukd be done by 10 june and still nothing, we even wanted wanted book on another airline, but no luck from anyone, can we get some assistance.

We have sent numerous emails phone calls to travelstart and kulua and just no assistance.

Can we get urgent feedback on *** and *** or ***
