*****ing pre-seating money and no care for the elderly

<p>My mother in law travelled with Kulula over the weekend 7 July 2016, I personally pre booked seats and paid for them!!! When she arrived at the airport her ticket was changed from</p> <p>2d to row 26??????????? She did not see this until boarding. At boarding gate there was only 5 chairs for 80 odd people???? Standing waiting with a bad knee for 30 min.</p> <p>She was then told to walk up and down the stairs at the back of the airplane? She said she cannot as she has a bad knee, absolutely no help offered???????? She had to struggle from the front banging into every passenger.
