Stay away from Kulula!

Stay Away!! Since re-opening their call centre is appalling - no-one answers and you get cut-off after holding for 15 minutes!! An absolute rip-off - they want to charge a R450 admin to change a flight (which my son cannot make as the school year has been extended)!!! Did they pay R450 to everyone whose flight was affected when they were not flying? Somehow I doubt it!!! Now I get a message that they have changed my flight and I must contact their call centre - who does not answer!!!!!!!!!!! So angry!
