Sploit Holiday Package

After having made a booking and paid for a flight, car hire and hotel package on the 20th October 2015 (Booking ref 309207/KUL-WEBD). I arrived at the Premier Hotel EL ICC on the 29th Dec 2015 only to be told that the Kulula had not paid for the hotel booking. I was asked to make a payment with my credit card before I could checkin.
