So very disappointed

<p>I bought two plane tickets from Pretoria to Cape two for departure on the 24th of November 2016 to go visit my very sick grandmother who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I originally booked the one ticket for my boyfriend but unfortunately my grandmother’s cancer has gotten the better of her and she does not have very much time left. Due to the fact I need to take my sister instead of my boyfriend as this is our only elder left. Kulula then informed me that such changes would not be possible. I feel that this is the most ridiculous thing ever! I paid for the ticked and I have the right to change the person I want to take with me. I will never ever use Kulula ever again! I am so heartbroken about this matter.</p>
