slow card delivery

Morning My Kulula Credit card expired on 31/03/2018. Today I was informed that my credit card was at the Courier in Gauteng, they would now arrange for the card to be sent to FNB Houtbay who may call me to collect it in a week or two. it appears that credit card delivery is not a priority at the Kulula Card Division.
