Simply the Best ! Kulula.com are simply the best, they went to an EXTRAORDINARY Effort to sort out a stuff - up that I made myself.

The woman at Ticket Sales in Cape Town, Hilary, was kind and efficient and understanding and thoughtful and TOTALLY SORTED OUT the massive mess up that I had made on my online booking ! and even though I had to pay in a few Rands, it was a total pleasure to deal with such people, to know that they care. The money will be long forgotten, but the kindness will remain !

The Biggest Thank You to all of you, and to amazing Counter Staff who even arranged me a brilliant seat
