Shooting themselves in the foot, pathetic!

Never book a flight with Kulula if you may have to change it. I booked a return flight from ORT to George for around 1.5k, could not make it so attempted to move the flight to later date and place. To buy the NEW tickets would cost ~1,7k, BUT to CHANGE to that same flight Kulula want to charge me 2k. With this shocking pricing structure it makes more sense to just not pitch up to my flight. Kulula have thus lost the additional revenue they would have gotten from reselling my ticket, and I will just buy a flight ticket from another airline for the other flight, plus they lose I customer for life.
