SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE !

Incredibly bad clients service . NO answer on call centre calls .Phoned multiple times , no answer after holding for a long time and trying varies extensions. Need to move flight . NO Email address . Online platform has error when I want to change flight detail. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING . Call center agent phoned me over long weekend on Saturday afternoon when I was not able to confirm any detail or have long conversations to change flight detail . Cannot believe an airline can operate like this !!
