shocking unacceptable service

Firstly I say your airline service is non existence and therefore stinks!

You are quick to take our money and then do what you like with our tickets

I booked my 4 x tickets to George Airport and return in February 2021

I paid an extra R80.00 per person return to book my seats which offered to me

My sets were changed on both forwarding flights as well as the return flights

I demand my money back as I did not sit on the seats I had booked and paid extra for

You say skip the queue and pre book on line this does not work I tried it 24hours before both flights and could not get it done

You lines say calls are busy when I eventually get through your agent start to hear my complaint the drop the calls – fire them get staff who know how to deal with public

I am going viral if I do not hear from you within 7 days from today

I will go to Face book , Carte Blanche, Devi , Hello Peter about your shocking service

It was the last time I will fly with Kulula unless you address my issues

And I can assure you the damage when going viral I am sure you as Kulula do not want
