SHOCKING *****S

Purchased two tickets about 3 weeks ago to fly from Cpt to Jhb at the end of November. Ons person is not able to fly any longer and now I wanted to change the ticket to a different person.to my surprise THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THE NAME..... ok that I don't understand but I can deal eith it... requested a refund (to purchase another ticket) oh no sorry NON REFUNDABLE TICKET. Now I ask you. Hoe the hell does that work. Cant change the tixket can get my money back... and this is all a month in advance of me letting them know. Surely they are able to resell the ticket and refund me??? As for the supervisor...... what a robot response.no humanity in answering questions. And sioooooo sarcastic. Absolutely disgusted. Once again BIG corporation not giving a damn about their clients. They have my money so what doe they care.
