SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING LACK OPF ANY SERVICE WHATSOEVER

Shocking shocking shocking service. I booked 2 flights in November. To this date I have not received my invoice or flight confirmation for either. This after I sent emails inquiring and holding on for 30 minutes to the call centre only to be cut off. Today I got a sms notification that both my fights have been changed. Again- no email confirming- still no invoice. Held on for 27 minutes for the call centre just to be told their system is off line. You are most assuredly no longer the airline of choice. You cannot treat people like this and expect loyal customers to return. I still don't know when i am flying now nor do i have proof of my flight nor an invoice. Very bad business practice.
