Shocking service from Kulula

Kulula charge me for a flight and never sent the confirmation of booking. The amount went off and i have a reference number. When i check it says there is no booking. I have tried to call 4 times. Hold on for 45 minutes each time and they answer and cut my call. Their service is shocking!!!!!! No way to contact them to sort this out!!!!
