Shocking service and customer care

<p>Kulula Airlines is an absolutely shocking example of an airline service. Our 8.50 flight (MN909) has been delayed 3 times with no explanations or apologies. The supervisor showed what ***ardly staff they employ as he ran away on two separate occasions when questioned by customers what was going on and on a third time made an imaginary phone call and purposefully ignored concerned customers. Only when going back out to check-ins did we find out the plane had technical problems and was stuck in Durban along with an array of laughable excuses. Horrible service and customer care will never be using them again.</p>
