Shocking Service

As a regular traveller, travelling at least twice a week, my experience with Kulula is the worst I have ever had. The flight was delayed a total of 7h30 and while waiting we were fed endless stories of lies (each contradicting the next). Where the flight eventually took off from Lanseria at 22h30 and landed at Cape Town at 12h30 (almost midnight) where the passangers (some of which were women and families with young children) were left to drive the dangerous N2 at the early hours of the morning (I can only hope no passengers had incidents due to this). My biggest issue is with the management of Kulula as they have zero accountability and absolutely no planning s****s. I hope Kululas management team read this and feel disgusted in the manner in which they allowed their passangers to be treated, while at the same time asking if they would be happy with their wives and children being put in this situation? All I can say is that I will never travel with Kulula again.
